Gustav Carl Framhein

Gustav Carl Framhein (born March 18, 1864 in Hamburg ; † July 15, 1938 there ) was a Hamburg lawyer, judge and politician.

Life

Framhein was a son of Otto Heinrich Framhein and his wife Maria Sophia, geb. de rabbit. He studied law at the University of Tübingen, where he became a member of Corps Suevia Tübingen in 1884 . After completing his studies and doctorate as Dr. jur. he settled as a lawyer in Hamburg and was appointed second secretary of the finance deputation in 1891 . In 1893 he moved to the regional court as a judge. In 1909 Framhein was appointed regional court director. At the beginning of 1933 he became acting president of the regional court, in July 1933 he was put into retirement.

From 1905 to 1919 Framhein belonged to the Hamburg citizenship , from 1905 to 1918 as a member of the parliamentary group of the right and later as a member of the National Liberal Party .

He was married to Olga Edye since 1894 (* May 25, 1875 in Hamburg ; † December 26, 1945, ibid.)
