Gustav D. Bergmann
Gustav Bergmann (born December 24, 1957 in Lage , North Rhine-Westphalia ) is a German innovation and competence researcher.
Life
Bergmann studied business administration and political science at the University of Münster . There he did his doctorate on strategic management in cooperation systems. Since 1996, he has been teaching business administration , in particular innovation and competence management , as a professor at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Siegen . His research focuses on innovation and competence development, business ethics and sustainability . He developed the systemic process model " Solution Cycle " with which he and his team work in so-called action research .
