Gustav Herb

Gustav Herb (born March 31, 1862 in Gersweiler ; † January 11, 1947 in Passau ) was a German judge.

Life

Herb studied law at the Julius Maximilians University and was active in the Corps Bavaria Würzburg in 1881 . He was sworn in in 1883. In 1889 he became III. Public prosecutor and then magistrate. In 1894 he became second public prosecutor and in 1897 district judge. He was appointed first public prosecutor in 1904. He was appointed senior judge in Munich in 1910. In the same year he became assistant judge at the Reichsgericht. The next year he became a judge . He was active in the 4th Civil Senate of the Imperial Court . In 1930 he retired.
