Gustav Kipsch

Gustav Kipsch (born June 28, 1900 in Ziebingen ; † unknown) was a German politician ( KPD / SED ). He was chairman of the Frankfurt (Oder) district party control commission of the SED.

Life

Kipsch learned the trade of a miller. In 1928 he was one of the founders of the local group of the KPD in his home community of Ziebingen and was its political leader. After the " seizure of power " by the National Socialists, Kipsch took part in the communist resistance in Frankfurt (Oder) and was locked up in a concentration camp .

In 1945 Kipsch rejoined the KPD and in 1946 became a member of the SED. After 1945, Kipsch was first an employee of the City Council of Frankfurt (Oder), then chairman of the District Party Control Commission (KPKK) Frankfurt (Oder) of the SED. From 1954 he worked as deputy chairman of the BPKK, on ​​May 28, 1960 he was elected as the successor to Rudolf Held chairman of the BPKK Frankfurt (Oder). He held this office until 1966. Then he was a simple member of the BPKK for a few years. He last lived in Frankfurt (Oder).
