Gustav Wienstein

Gustav Friedrich August Wienstein (born January 30, 1828 in Verchen ; † February 19, 1891 ) was a German judge .

Life

After graduating from high school in Stralsund in 1845, Wienstein studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg and in 1846 became a member of the Corps Vandalia Heidelberg . The Prussian was sworn in in mid-June 1849 and referred to the investigative department of the Berlin City Court . In 1855 he came to the Demmin District Court as a court assessor. In 1857 he became a district judge and only in 1869 a district judge. In 1870 he was appointed appellate judge. Since 1879 senior judge, he was appointed assistant judge in the first auxiliary senate of the imperial court in 1881 . In 1883 he became an imperial judge . He was mainly active in the 4th Civil Senate of the Imperial Court and died in office.
