In 1897, the glass painter Gustav van Treeck created the three-quarter portraits of the three mayors Johannes Versmann , Johannes Lehmann and Johann Georg Mönckeberg with their family coat of arms and their motto for the so-called mayor's office in Hamburg's “New Town Hall” . These windows were destroyed by the war. On the occasion of the renovation of the Hamburg town hall for the anniversary in 1997, these windows were reconstructed by the Hamburg glass art studio Hempel based on an old photo.
