The Good Priemern is a Grade II listed Gutsanlage in the district Priemern the community Altmärkische height in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments it is listed as a monument under registration number 094 36375 .

General

The Priemern estate is a former manor , consisting of elongated residential buildings, stables and a park.

history

In 1913, Hans Georg Oeder acquired the estate and 600 hectares of land from the von der Schulenburg family . He had the estate expanded and modernized. After the Second World War , the estate and all its possessions were nationalized and, as part of the land reform, became part of the VE Tierzuchthauptgut Bretsch-Priemern estate from 1949 , as a seed and animal breeding main estate. From 1963 the estate was called VEG Tierzucht Bretsch. After the fall of the Wall , the property became the property of the trust . In 1992 a rental agreement was signed between the Treuhand and the Erbacher family, who wanted to establish a riding stables on the property . The lease was terminated in 1993. Between 1994 and 1996 it was used by the workers' welfare. In November 1996 the estate became the property of the district of Stendal . On April 14, 1997, the Priemern estate was ceremoniously handed over to the German Parity Welfare Association , which then founded Gut Priemern gGmbH. Gut Priemern gGmbH has been operating a social therapeutic center there since then.
