Goodnight is the sixth solo album of the Berlin rapper Kontra K . It was released on April 28, 2017 by the music label BMG Rights Management .

On February 16, 2017, Kontra K announced that its new album Gute Nacht will be released on April 28, 2017. The album includes 18 songs, the deluxe version also includes the respective instrumental versions, eleven other songs as well as posters, stickers, socks and a bag.

Daniel Fersch says on MZEE that the “ music on 'Gute Nacht' is multi-faceted” and the sound image is “coherent and thus paints the image of an artist who unites an enormous number of talents and qualities. "

Michael Rubach from Plattentests.de awarded five out of ten possible points and in his review compares Kontra K with Kollegah : “ Although Kontra K is musically dancing in a completely different corner of the hip-hop gym, it can be calculated in a similar way. Not very beneficial for boxing. Alright for business. Another contradiction ”.

For Celine Schäfer from rap.de " Kontra K dares to venture into relatively new realms both lyrically and sound-wise ". She also praises the album because the rapper " manages to get a wide variety of genre influences under one roof ".
