Guy Robert Williams (born July 11, 1971 ) is a British show jumper .

Career

In 1974 Williams got his first pony. In 1999 he went to America and rode for Margie Goldstein. A year later he went back to England and bought a farm there. In 2002, 2003 and 2005 he won the Hickstead Speed ​​Derby with Be Precise . In 2003 he also won the Grand Prix at the Horse of the Year Show . In 2009 he won the Sunshine Tour with Torinto and the Global Champions Tour stage in Arezzo . In December 2009 he was Show Jumper of the Month . In 2010 he won the British Open and the British Jumping Derby.

In June 2011 he was ranked 44th in the world and is currently the third most successful British show jumper internationally. In June 2011, he was in first place in the national ranking of the British Association.

Williams is married and has two children.
