György Bakos (handball player)

György Bakos [ ˈɟørɟ ˈbɒkoʃ ] (born May 28, 1984 ) is a Hungarian handball player .

The 1.87 meter tall and 94 kilograms left winger is in Pler KC Budapest under contract. Before that he played for Tatabánya KC . With these two clubs he played in the EHF Cup (seasons 2005/06, 2006/07, 2009/10) and in the European Cup Winners' Cup (2007/08, 2008/09).

György Bakos played an international match for the Hungarian national team (as of December 2009); he was in Hungary's squad for the 2010 European Handball Championship .
