history

Administration building "Panorama"
Plant in Rödinghausen-Bieren

In 1898, Hermann Häcker founded the joinery, which was taken over by Friedrich Häcker in 1938. In 1965 the current owners, the Finkemeier family, took over management of the company. From 1972 the kitchens were produced industrially. In 2001 the Panorama administration building was opened.

In 2005, Plant 3 was opened, which, in order to minimize any visual impairment of the landscape of the climatic health resort, was built in an excavated area. In 2011 a further 600 m² of office space was added to the administration building. In 2012, the site of the insolvent neighboring company Klostermann Küchen was purchased and parts of the building were used as Plant 4 at the end of July 2012.

In June 2016, Häcker Küchen was awarded the Gold Seal of “Customer Favorite 2016” by Focus Money and Deutschland-Test, with statements on the categories price, service, quality and reputation being assessed.

According to an article in the Neue Westfälische, Hacker Küchen is the second largest kitchen manufacturer in Germany.
