Håholmen is a small island with a fishing village of the same name on the Norwegian coast of the North Sea and belongs to the municipality of Averøy in the province of Møre og Romsdal .

The approximately five hectare island is located north of the Lauvøyfjord and is surrounded by small archipelago islands . To the east lies Korsholmen , southeast Fånytta and southwest Lamholmen . The island can be reached by boat from Geitøya, located to the southwest on the Atlantic Road . It extends in a west-east direction over up to 500 meters with a width of up to 220 meters. The fishing settlement including a small port is located on the east bank, the side of the island facing the mainland, and is located in the vicinity of a hill that rises up to 17.5 meters and is also the highest point on the island.

Some of the 30 or so buildings in the 18th century village were built in the 18th or 19th centuries. Besides Rorbu -Häusern there is also a place in the bakery . The owner is the Norwegian circumnavigator Ragnar Thorseth .

In Håholmen there is a hotel with 49 rooms and conference rooms. There is also a fish restaurant, a pub and a restaurant. A deep-sea fishing cutter and a Viking ship are stationed in the harbor and a boat rental service has been set up. There is also the Saga Sigla Hall in the village , where Thorseth's Viking expeditions are shown.
