Hércules de Miranda (born July 2, 1912 in Guaxupé , Minas Gerais , † September 3, 1982 in Rio de Janeiro ) was a Brazilian football player .

Career

society

Hércules started his career at CA Juventus in São Paulo . After a stint at São Paulo FC , the player went to Fluminense Rio de Janeiro . For this he is said to have scored 164 goals in 176 games. With the club he was able to win the Campeonato Carioca five times . He ended his career with Corinthians São Paulo . Here he is said to have scored 53 goals in 73 games.

After his active career, Miranda worked as a real estate agent.

National team

In the national team, Hércules was used in two games of the 1938 World Cup . He got further assignments at the Copa Roca in 1939 and 1940 and at the Copa Río Branco in 1940.
