Hôtel-Dieu in Champagne-sur-Oise

The Hôtel-Dieu in Champagne-sur-Oise , a commune in the Val-d'Oise department in the French region of Île-de-France , was built from the 13th century. Since 1986, the Hôtel-Dieu at 26 rue des Martyrs has been a Monument historique on the list of cultural monuments in France.

history

In the previous buildings there was a prison that was moved to Beaumont-sur-Oise . The nuns of the Abbey of Saint-Antoine-des-Champs in Paris received the buildings in which they established a hospital in 1270 . The buildings were rebuilt by the 15th century and the hospital ward was set up in the former chapel .
