Hüsni Tahiri (born June 2, 1983 in Plettenberg ) is an Albanian football player who lives in Germany . He plays as a midfielder .

Career

Tahiri played at the beginning of his career with SF Oestrich-Iserlohn and then with RSV Meinerzhagen and SC Plettenberg . With the second team of Sportfreunde Siegen , he joined the Oberliga Westfalen in the 2005/06 season . During that season, Tahiri also played once in the first team of Sportfreunde, which was in its only season in the second Bundesliga at the time. Numerous injuries followed, which set him back and cost him his place in the Siegen team.

After Tahiri was without a club in the 2007/08 season, he signed a new contract with Sportfreunde for the 2008/09 season. Before the 2010/11 season, however, his contract in Siegen was not renewed. Instead, Tahiri joined the Hessian league club SpVgg Hadamar , with whom he rose to the Hessenliga in 2011. After three years in Hadamar, he joined the Hessian Association League for SC Waldgirmes in July 2013 . However, the guest appearance lasted less than two months, shortly after the start of the season he joined the league competitor TSV Steinbach , whom he scored with 21 goals in 28 games for promotion to the Hessen League. In the Oberliga 2014/15 the new title was won and the march into the regional league, Tahiri was involved with ten goals. Tahiri was the only major league player to remain a member of the Regionalliga team until the end of the 2017/2018 season, but was only used sporadically. Tahiri won the Hessen Cup with TSV Steinbach on May 21, 2018 and thus moved into the DFB Cup . In the 2018/2019 season he plays in the second team of Steinbacher.
