HD 208487 b is an exoplanet orbiting the yellow dwarf HD 208487 . Due to its mass , it is assumed that it is a gas planet .

discovery

The exoplanet was created in 2004 by Geoffrey Marcy , Paul Butler et al. discovered using the radial velocity method.

Circulation and mass

The planet orbits the central star every 130 days at a distance of approx. 0.5 astronomical units with an eccentricity of 0.24 and has a minimum mass of approx. 0.52 Jupiter's masses.
