HD 5319 is a star around 400 light years away, which is orbited by the exoplanet HD 5319 b with a period of 626 days. The star has a spectral class of G5 IV and a mass of 1.6 solar masses .
Exoplanet
The major semi-axis of the exoplanet HD 5319 b measures almost 2 astronomical units . The object has a mass of at least 1.9 Jupiter masses (approx. 600 earth masses ). It was suggested by Robinson et al. discovered using the radial velocity method and published in 2007.
