HD 74156 c is an exoplanet orbiting the yellow dwarf HD 74156 . Due to its mass , it is assumed that it is a gas planet .
discovery
The planet was determined using the radial velocity method by Dominique Naef et al. discovered in 2001 .
Circulation and mass
The planet orbits the central star every 2477 days at a distance of approx. 3.35 astronomical units with an eccentricity of 0.43 and has a minimum mass of approx. 8 Jupiter's masses.
