Ha Yung-won (born April 20, 1942 ) is a former North Korean soccer player . With the national team of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea , he took part in the 1966 World Cup in England ; Ha Yung-won with the number “14” played two games against Italy (group stage) and Portugal (quarter-finals) - against the Soviet Union and Chile (both group stages) Ha Yung-won was not used. In 1966 he was under contract with the August 8th sports group . The 170 centimeter tall midfielder was not used in other games listed by FIFA .

Ha Yung-won did not appear in the documentary The Game of Their Lives in October 2002 .
