La Louvière harbor

The port of La Louvière (Fr. P ort A utonome du C entre et de l ' O uest , PACO ) is an inland port in Belgium .

The port was established in 1999. The very spacious port has over 19 km of quays, which are spread over 176 km of waterways. The waterside handling of the port was 5 million tons in 2005.

Quays, basins and harbors

The port extends along the Canal du Center , Canal Nimy-Blaton-Péronnes , Canal de Pommerœul à Condé , Canal Ath-Blaton , along the Dender , the Upper Scheldt and the Middle Leie, and along the Canal Charleroi-Brussels in the Province of Hainaut , with the exception of the part belonging to the Port of Charleroi .

The quays of Comines, Warneton, Pecq, Casterman in Tournai, Right bank Tournai, Vaulx-Antoing, Antoing, Chercq, Bruyelle, Hollain, Bleharies, Wiers, Roucourt, Bataille in Peruwelz, Peruwelz, Blaton, Harchies, Hautrage, Tertre, KEMIRA in Tertre, MARTENS in Tertre, Baudour, Charbonnages in Baudour, Ghlin, Nimy, Maisières, Obourg, Ville sur Haine, Thieu, Strepy-Bracquegnies, Glaverbel Safea, No. 1 and 3 in La Louvière, La Croyère, Cerisiers, Manage, Seneffe, Ronquières.
