Hagen Flemming

Hagen Flemming (born November 1965 in Hoyerswerda ) is a German graphic artist , comic artist and illustrator . 

Life

Flemming completed an apprenticeship as a photographer in Potsdam and Berlin . At a young age he devoted himself to writing short stories. In 1992 he was one of the founding members of the neoclassical band “Charitona” alongside Dörthe Flemming , before turning to drawing comics in the mid-1990s. After initially drawing mosaic fan comics for the “Berliner Mosaik Connection”, in 2003 his first own work was published by the online magazine “Inkplosion”. In 2007 Flemming published his first comic album "Krocht und other stories". In the same year he started the magazine series Die Virtonauten von Remory , which combines real history and science fiction.
