The Lambach Commercial Academy of the School Association at the Lambach Benedictine Monastery is a vocational secondary school in Lambach in Upper Austria .
history
The private school was founded in 1987. At that time, in addition to 5-year business academy classes, it also included 3-year business school classes. At the end of the 2001/02 school year the business school was closed. All classrooms are located in Lambach Abbey . Up until now, the Lambach Abbey was the owner of this private school with public rights. At the end of the 2008/09 school year, a school association was founded, which now functions as a sponsor. In 2009 189 students in ten classes attended the school and were taught by 22 teachers. Almost two thirds of the students are female. They come mainly from the secondary schools in the surrounding communities, but also from the collegiate high school.
