The Hanging Lake ( English for Hanging Lake ) is a 300 m long, 100 m wide, in the middle 2.5 m deep and permanently frozen lake in the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Land . It's in the Framnes Mountains .
The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it in 2005 after its relative geographic location to neighboring Lake Henderson .
