At the age of 17, Sola made her debut in the IBU Cup , the second highest competition series in international biathlon. At the beginning of the 2014/15 season she reached the top ten for the first time in Beitostølen as a sprint fourth . In the following winter it was regularly featured in the Belarusian World Cup team. At her first World Cup race in Östersund in November 2015, she finished 37th and got her first four World Cup points. As a relay runner, she came in seventh twice with the Belarusian women's team. In 2016 she was nominated for the World Championships in Oslo and placed 77th in her only appearance in the sprint. During these years Sola was also allowed to compete in the youth and junior division and won the youth world champion title with the relay team led by Dsinara Alimbekawa and Darja Blaschko at the 2015 home World Cup in Minsk-Raubitschy .
From 2016 to 2018 Sola was used exclusively in the IBU Cup and only got a place in the World Cup team again with the restructuring of the Belarusian team after the 2018 Winter Olympics - and the resignations of Darja Domratschawa and Nadseja Skardsina . In winter 2018/19 , a 34th place was her best individual World Cup result, while she finished in the top ten in three races in the relay and also won the bronze medal at the 2019 European Championships with the mixed relay . In January 2020 Sola stayed at the sprint in Ruhpolding for the first time in a World Cup race without a miss and achieved fourth place, the best result of a Belarusian biathlete this winter.
