Hannelore Friedel
Hannelore Friedel (born January 25, 1948 ) is a former German shot putter who started for the GDR .
At the European Athletics Indoor Championships in 1970 in Vienna she won silver, and at the European Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 1971 she was fifth.
She came third three times in the GDR championships (1968, 1970, 1971). In the hall she won the GDR title in 1970 and was runner-up three times (1967, 1969, 1971).
Hannelore Friedel started for SC Motor Jena .
