Johann Karl Aron "Hanns" König (born August 8, 1904 in Nuremberg ; † February 5, 1939 there ) was a German SA Oberführer , adjutant to Gauleiter Julius Streicher and a member of the Reichstag .

Career

After attending middle school, König worked as a cheese driver, bank clerk and businessman. He was a member of the NSDAP and the Wehrverband Reichsflagge and rejoined the NSDAP in 1925 under membership number 13,082. Also in 1925 he became a member of the SA . From 1928 to 1930 he was the driver of Gauleiter Julius Streicher , whose adjutant he subsequently became. From April 1933 to October 1, 1935 he was a city councilor in Nuremberg. Immediately afterwards he became a councilor there and remained so until his death. He was the nurse for the municipal theaters and head of the staff of the Franconian Gauleiter Streicher. From November 1933, König belonged to the Reichstag for the constituency 26 - Franconia . On April 20, 1936 he was appointed SA-Oberführer. He committed in 1939 on 5 February suicide . König is said to have shot himself as part of the corruption affair surrounding Julius Streicher.
