Hanns Lippmann
Hanns Lippmann (* 1890 ; † December 4, 1929 in Berlin , Weimar Republic ) was a German film producer and production manager during the silent film era.
Life
Very little is known about his life. What is known, however, is that he joined Bioscop in May 1914 and, after the then head Zeiske left the company, took over the company and continued the business on his own.
He founded and directed the Ufa subsidiary Gloria-Film, which was founded after the First World War. For years he was one of the most famous film producers and died at the age of only 39.
