Hanns Ullrich
Hanns Ullrich (born October 16, 1939 in Jena ) is a German lawyer .
Life
He studied law in Berlin , Munich , Tübingen and Paris . He received his doctorate in 1969 from the Free University of Berlin , obtained a Master of Comparative Jurisprudence (MCJ) from New York University in 1975 and completed his habilitation in 1982 at the University of Munich . After lecturing at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property , he was Professor of Civil, Commercial and Business Law at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich from 1985 to 2004 . From 2003 to 2006 he was Professor of Competition Law and Intellectual Property at the European University Institute .
