Hans-Günther Vosseler (born February 5, 1949 in Paderborn ) is a former German swimmer who won a silver medal at the Olympic Games.

Vosseler started for the first Paderborn swimming club from 1911 . At the 1970 European Swimming Championships he competed in the 4 x 200 meter freestyle relay, in the final Werner Lampe , Olaf von Schilling , Folkert Meeuw and Hans Fassnacht won the gold medal. However, in the 1970s the rule was not yet that an athlete who was placed in the preliminary stage also received a medal.

At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, Vosseler swam in the run-up to the 4 x 100 meter freestyle relay, but had to watch the final. Three days later he qualified for the final with the 4 x 200 meter freestyle relay. There, Klaus Steinbach , Werner Lampe, Hans-Günther Vosseler and Hans Fassnacht won the silver medal, six seconds behind the world record relay from the United States.

For this, he and the squadron were awarded the Silver Laurel Leaf on September 11, 1972.
