Hans-Georg Reinertz (born October 11, 1952 in Eupen ) is a Belgian church musician and flautist .

Live and act

Hans-Georg Reinertz studied at the Royal Conservatory in Liège and at the Academy of Music in Cologne . He supplemented his training with master classes with Lionel Rogg , Michael Radulescu , Guy Bovet and Luigi Ferdinando Tagliavini . In 1974 he founded the Musica Viva Eupen and in 1978 the summer courses for music . Since 1987 he has been President of the Federation "Youth & Music Ostbelgien" . Until 2010 he directed the vocal ensemble Musica Viva Eupen . Concert tours have taken him to Germany, France, the Czech Republic, Italy, Japan, England, Poland, Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the USA

He taught organ and flute at the "Académie de Musique" in Welkenraedt and the Music Academy of the German-speaking Community of Belgium in the Villa Arthur Peters in Eupen , of which he was director from 2008 to 2018.

As a flautist and organist, he can be heard regularly on Belgian radio. He is also active as an organ expert in the German-speaking community of Belgium.
