Hans-Gerd Sonnenburg

Hans-Gerd Sonnenburg (born April 10, 1943 - † July 29, 2012 ) was a German actor .

Life

After studying at the State Drama School in Berlin , Sonnenburg came to film in the 1960s. After several supporting roles in television films, he took on the lead role of 30-year-old Lothar Schwendt, known as "bee", in Kurt Tetzlaff's DEFA film Looping in 1975 . Until 2001 he worked in numerous film and television productions ( Polizeiruf 110 , The Public Prosecutor has the floor ) and series roles ( Lindenstrasse , Wolkenstein , Die Wache ). He also played theater and was engaged , among other things, at the German National Theater Weimar . Sonnenburg died in 2012 after a long illness.
