Hans-Holger Malcomess

Hans-Holger Malcomeß (born December 2, 1973 ) is a German party functionary of the AfD .

Malcomeß completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at ESAG Energieversorgung Sachsen Ost AG from 1990 to 1993 . On his second educational path, he made up his Abitur from 1994 to 1997 at the Freiberg College . From 1997 to 2005 he studied literature / German and art history at the TU Dresden . He then worked as an editorial manager at Knüpfer Verlag.

From 2011 to 2015 Malcomeß was managing director at the company Bessergold GmbH based in Dresden. The company is active in the precious metal trade.

Political career

At the age of 17, Malcomeß took part in a cultural weekend organized by the neo-Nazi Wiking Youth of Saxony in October 1991 . In the following years he was a member of the right-wing conservative German Social Union (DSU), of which he was a member of the Dresden district board at the end of the 1990s. During this time he also organized the “Winter College” in Dresden, in which right-wing extremists took part. In addition, Malcomeß published in the right-wing extremist monthly magazine Nation & Europa , in which he agitated against the Wehrmacht exhibition , among other things .

In 2014, Malcomeß worked for six months as managing director of the Dresden AfD city council group and took part in Pegida demonstrations. In 2017, Malcomeß became head of the AfD federal office.
