Hans-Joachim Gottschalk

Hans-Joachim Gottschalk (born August 9, 1943 in Wilhelmshaven ) is a German lawyer and former political official ( CDU ). He served as State Secretary in various state governments in Saxony-Anhalt .

biography

Gottschalk studied law and was at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster in this subject in 1972, Dr. iur. PhD. As a student, he joined the Catholic and non-beating association AV Alsatia Münster in the CV in 1963 . He has been a member of the CDU since 1965.

Gottschalk worked in the city administration of Wilhelmshaven , moved to the Lower Saxony Ministry of Justice and from there to Saxony-Anhalt . From 1990 to 1994 he was State Secretary in the Ministry of Regional Planning, Urban Development and Housing and from 2002 to 2008 in the Ministry of Construction and Transport.

In retirement he returned to his homeland and is involved in various associations there.
