Denis Martin

Denis Martin (born December 5, 1956 in Lausanne ) is a Swiss chef .

Career

Martin went to the Bellevue restaurant in Chexbres in 1974 and to the Jardin D'asie in Vevey in 1976 . In 1978 he moved to Le Clou in Montreux and in 1980 as head chef at Le Central in Massongex . From 1985 he was head chef at La Roseraie in Yvorne .

In 1997 he opened his own Denis Martin restaurant in Vevey . It has been awarded two stars in the Michelin Guide since 2008 and 18 points in the Gault Millau .
