Hans-Josef Endres

Hans-Josef Endres (* 1966 in Gerolstein ) is a German mechanical engineer and university professor. He is a professor at the University of Hanover .

Life

Endres studied mechanical engineering at the Ruhr University in Bochum , where he also received his doctorate. In 1999 he was appointed professor for bioprocess engineering at the Hanover University of Applied Sciences (now Hanover University).

In 2011, Endres founded the Institute for Bioplastics and Biocomposites at the Hanover University of Applied Sciences, which he still heads today. He also heads the Fraunhofer Application Center for Wood Fiber Research at the University of Hanover.
