Hans-Martin Schlebusch (born December 15, 1946 in Aachen ) is a German CDU politician .

education and profession

After taking the Abitur in 1966, Hans-Martin Schlebusch did his military service from 1966 to 1968 . From April 1968 to November 1972 he studied economics and mathematics at the Ruhr University in Bochum . He finished this in November 1972 as a graduate economist. From February 1973 to January 1975 he worked as an auditing assistant at Deutsche Unilever GmbH in Hamburg . From February 1975 to February 1983 he worked as a teacher and was rector of the private technical college for economics in Duisburg and the commercial college in Bahr. Most recently, he was a teacher in substitute school service. From March 1983 to December 1997 he was a lecturer at the Hans-Böckler-Berufskolleg in Oberhausen, responsible for the subjects mathematics / IT and politics.

Hans-Martin Schlebusch has been a member of the CDU since November 1972. From 1977 to 1981 he was chairman of the Junge Union, district association Mülheim. He has been chairman of the CDU local association Mülheim-Speldorf since 1978, and chairman of the CDU medium-sized and business association in the Mülheim district association since 1990. Further political offices: Member of the Mülheim district party executive since 1990 and deputy chairman of the Ruhr Area Association for SMEs and Businesses since 1992. In addition, Schlebusch has been a member of the state executive committee of the CDU Association for SMEs and Businesses since 1997. He was a member of the City Council of Mülheim from October 1979 to March 1998 and again from October 1999. From October 1999 to October 26, 2000 he was the chairman of the school committee.

Hans-Martin Schlebusch was a member of the 12th state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia, to which he moved on December 16, 1997. From 2000 to 2005 he was a member of the 13th state parliament, into which he entered via the state list.
