Hans-Peter Kemper

Hans-Peter Kemper (born May 12, 1944 in Heiden (Münsterland) ) was a member of the German Bundestag for four terms from May 3, 1993 until the 2005 Bundestag election . Hans-Peter Kemper did not run for the election of the 16th Bundestag. His successor in the constituency of Borken II is Christoph Pries .

He was elected via the state list of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) in North Rhine-Westphalia . He lives with his wife and two children in Heiden in the Borken district .

In the German Bundestag he was the spokesman for the North Rhine-Westphalian SPD members. He is a specialist in domestic politics. He began his career as head of the criminal police in the Borken district. In addition to his membership in the SPD, he is the deputy chairman of the workers' welfare organization in the local association Heiden Westmünsterland .

From November 17, 2004 to February 14, 2006, Hans-Peter Kemper was the Federal Government Commissioner for issues relating to repatriates and national minorities . His successor was Christoph Bergner .
