Hans Bock (judge)
Hans Bock (born February 7, 1903 in Hamburg ; † November 15, 1991 ) was a doctorate German lawyer and judge at the Federal Court of Justice .
Life
Bock was a higher regional judge in Hamburg until he moved to the Federal Court of Justice as a federal judge on May 7, 1951. There he worked until his retirement on February 29, 1968, most recently in the Ia civil senate . After the death of his founder Georg Benkard, he was responsible for the continuation of the well-known short commentary on the patent law, which was first published in 1936 and which still bears its name today (11th edition in 2015) and was its collaborator up to the 6th edition.
