Hans Ernst from the Winckel (the handing out)
Hans Ernst from the Winckel (* 1585 in Schierau ; † December 21, 1667 in Schierau (?)) Was a German nobleman and a member of the Fruitful Society .
Life
He was the eldest son of Hans from the Winckel († 1612). Kurt Dietrich, Otto Heinrich and Hans Georg from the Winckel are his younger brothers. With these he signed an inheritance contract on November 16, 1618, after which he became the sole owner of his father's estate in Schierau.
For a few years he was stable master at the court of Prince August von Anhalt-Plötzkau . According to the current state of research, he was the predecessor of Wilhelm von Proeck in this office .
In 1618 Prince Ludwig I of Anhalt-Köthen accepted him into the Fruit Bringing Society . He gave him the company name of the handler and the motto mast without any effort . His emblem became an oak tree full of ripe acorns, some of which are falling off, some lying down by the tree . It is recorded under number 15 in the Koethen company register.
On July 23, 1623, Hans Ernst from the Winckel was enfeoffed by Elector Johann Georg I of Saxony with the Schierau Sattelhof and the associated villages of Schierau, Möst and Sandrau. This fief was renewed on November 25, 1658 by Duke Christian von Sachsen-Merseburg.
He married Ursula von Möllendorf . With her he had a son of the same name, Hans Ernst from the Winckel (the much-used) and the son Hans Titus from the Winckel.
Hans Ernst from the Winckel died on December 21, 1667 at the age of 82.
