Hans Günter Nöcker

Hans Günter Nöcker (born January 22, 1927 in Hagen ; † March 20, 2019 ) was a German opera singer ( bass ).

Life

Nöcker was trained by Willi Domgraf-Fassbaender and Carl Momberg , among others . He had engagements in Bayreuth, Berlin, Braunschweig, Brussels, Duisburg, Düsseldorf, Edinburgh, Florence, Frankfurt / Main, Gießen, Hamburg, Cologne, London, Munich, Münster, Palermo, Salzburg, Schwetzingen, Stuttgart, Venice and in Vienna.

He made his debut in 1952 as Alfio in Cavalleria rusticana at the Stadttheater von Münster (Westphalia). He was a member of the Bavarian State Opera ensemble for more than 43 years .
