Hans Georg Ruhe (born September 16, 1951 ) is a German publicist and organizational developer.

Life

After attending school, Hans Georg Ruhe completed training as an administrative clerk. He studied social work from 1970 to 1974 at the Catholic University of Applied Sciences in Cologne and then worked as a media officer at the Episcopal Vicariate in Münster . At the same time he studied journalism , sociology and modern history at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster and graduated in 1981 with a Magister artium . He became a lecturer at the Academy of the Diocese of Hildesheim with a focus on vocational training , labor law and organizational development . During this time he completed training in psychodrama and organizational development and worked in internal organizational consulting. In early 2000, Ruhe initiated the diocese Hildesheim fundraising office and became its first director. From 2002 to 2012 he was head of the main human resources / administration department in the Episcopal Vicariate Hildesheim (head of personnel). He has been working as a freelance journalist and organizational developer since 2012. Hans Georg Ruhe publishes on methods and strategies in adult education , biography work and personal development . He is the author and editor of several specialist books and has written books for young people and plays.

Engagements

Ruhe was co-founder and for many years chairman of the supervisory board of Goslarschen Höfe and is chairman of Caritas Goslar. Ruhe is involved in the inner circle of the "Pulse of Europe" Goslar. He was chairman of the mediation committee of the regional commission east of the German Caritas Association and the individual case aid Berlin eV

Furthermore, Hans Georg Ruhe was a lecturer at the Catholic Foundation University in Munich and a mentor at the Fundraising Academy in Frankfurt. He co-founded the Goslar everyday help, the Goslar volunteer agency and the Goslarschen Höfe.
