Hans Haring

Hans Häring (born September 16, 1908 in Stuttgart ; † November 20, 1990 there ) was a German economist and politician ( CDU ).

Life

After attending school, Häring began studying economics at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen , which he graduated with a degree in economics and business administration. In addition, a doctorate he became Doctor of Political Sciences . Since 1941 he worked as an auditor and tax advisor in Stuttgart. He later took part in the Second World War as a soldier , from which he returned home as a prisoner of war. After his return he continued his previous professional activity.

Haring joined the Christian Democrats after 1945 and became a member of the CDU Federal Committee for Economic Policy. From 1946 to 1952 he was a member of the state parliament of Württemberg-Baden . From 1952 to 1953 he was a member of the state constituent assembly and then until 1960 he was a member of the Baden-Württemberg state parliament .

Hans Häring was married and had three children.
