Hans Haag
Hans Johann Haag (born August 22, 1841 in Vienna ; † 1919 there ) was an Austrian horse painter .
Hans Haag began to paint as an autodidact and became a student in Tadeusz Ajdukiewicz's studio in Vienna.
He mainly painted horses , mostly owned by the Austrian nobility. He created the equestrian portrait of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria-Este . On behalf of Crown Prince Rudolf of Austria-Hungary, he painted the portrait of the derby winner Kisbér .
