Hans Intorp

Hans Wilhelm Josef Intorp (* July 7, 1933 ; † March 15, 2020 ) was a German doctor and university professor .

Life

Hans Intorp studied medicine at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg and was established in 1959 in Freiburg to Dr. med. PhD . He then did a postdoc at the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York . He was a specialist in internal medicine and immunology , chief physician in the internal department of the Uerdingen hospital and professor at the medical faculty of the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster .

Among other things, he was involved in the fields of palliative medicine , terminal care and euthanasia .

Since 1980 he has been an honorary member of the Catholic student association KDStV Winfridia (Breslau) Münster in the CV .
