Hans Kaiser (politician, 1938)

Hans Kaiser (born December 5, 1938 in Georgsmarienhütte , Osnabrück district ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and former member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

After primary school in Oesede , Hans Kaiser attended secondary school in Georgsmarienhütte. He then completed an apprenticeship as an electrical machine builder . He obtained his university entrance qualification at the Braunschweig-Kolleg and then studied electrical engineering and educational science and social science at the University of Hamburg . After the second state examination, he worked from 1966 to 1970 as a lecturer at vocational schools in Osnabrück. Kaiser was a member of the Education and Science Union and since 1966 a member of the SPD, a member of the SPD district executive in Weser-Ems and the SPD state executive. He worked as councilor and chairman of the SPD parliamentary group in the council from 1968 to 1983 and from 1972 to 1983 as an alderman for the municipality of Hagen am Teutoburg Forest .

Kaiser was a member of the Lower Saxony State Parliament from June 21, 1970 to June 20, 1990 (7th to 11th electoral term).

Hans Kaiser is married.
