Hans Krüger (administrative lawyer)

Hans Krüger (born January 23, 1884 in Braunschweig ; † April 26, 1945 ) was a German administrative lawyer and member of the ( SPD ).

Life and work

After passing the state law examination and subsequent legal traineeship, Krüger worked from 1911 to 1919 as a civil servant in the State Ministry of Braunschweig. From 1919 to 1922 he was employed as a ministerial advisor , first in the Reich Ministry of Labor , then in the Prussian Ministry of the Interior.

1922-27 he worked as district president in Lüneburg . In 1927, together with Fritz Baade , he largely formulated the SPD's new agricultural program and in the same year was appointed State Secretary in the Prussian Ministry of Agriculture.

In the course of the dismissal of the Prussian state government Braun-Severing ( Preussenschlag ) he was put up for disposal by the Papen government in July 1932 .

Krüger's grave is located in the Dahlem forest cemetery in Berlin.
