Hans Kugler (geographer)

Hans Kugler (* 1933 ) is a German geographer and non-fiction author who is particularly active in research in the area of ​​southern Saxony-Anhalt and northern Thuringia on the subjects of physical geography, landscape development and geology of the quarters. In 1974 he completed his habilitation at the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Halle-Wittenberg with a dissertation B on the subject of the georelief and its cartographic modeling . Hans Kugler was a professor at the Geography Section of the University of Halle-Wittenberg. He then headed an office for landscape and regional planning in Halle (Saale).
