Hans Müller (politician, 1949)

Hans Müller (born January 4, 1949 in Bendorf ) is a German politician ( SPD ).

Life and work

After attending elementary school and business school , Müller completed an administration apprenticeship in Koblenz from 1965 to 1968 and then worked as an administrative clerk until 1969. He then attended the higher technical college for social work and economics in Essen until 1972 , which he finished as a social worker (grad.). He then took over the management of the psycho-social service of the Caritas Association Neuwied . In 1988 he moved to the Hamburg authority for schools, youth and vocational training . From 1990 to 1996 he headed the AWO - drug services in Lübeck and took over 1997 addiction aid coordination in Lübeck Health. In 1999 he returned to the AWO and was in charge of drug aid in Lübeck and Ostholstein until 2000 .

Hans Müller is married and has two children.

Political party

Müller joined the SPD in 1989 and has been a member of the SPD district executive in Lübeck since 1999.

MP

Müller was a member of the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament from 2005 to 2012 and was deputy chairman of the education committee.

Hans Müller moved into the state parliament as a directly elected member of the state electoral district of Lübeck-Ost . In the 2005 state elections, he received 45.2% of the first votes . In the state elections in Schleswig-Holstein in 2009 he was re-elected with 34.7 percent of the first votes.
