Hans Michel (politician)
Hans Michel (born November 15, 1889 in Schauenstein ; † March 11, 1958 ) was a German craftsman and politician ( FDP ).
Career
Michel was the owner of a weaving mill in Helmbrechts . From 1925 to 1933 and from 1948 to 1956 he was mayor of Helmbrechts.
From December 1947 until his death he was a member of the Bavarian Senate . In 1950 he ran successfully for the Bavarian state parliament , but renounced the mandate in favor of his seat in the Senate.
