Hans Pracht (born June 24, 1929 in Düsseldorf ; † September 8, 2007 ) was a German CDU politician .

education and profession

Hans Pracht attended elementary school and evening grammar school . He passed the inspector's exam . He later obtained a diploma from the Administration and Business Academy in Düsseldorf and became a senior official. In 1970 he was retired in accordance with the State Legal Status Act. In 1980, he resigned from his post in accordance with Section 32 of the Law on Representatives (AbgG NW).

politics

Hans P Bäumen was a member of the CDU since 1948. For twelve years he was district chairman of the Junge Union Düsseldorf and for several years a member of the regional council of the Junge Union North Rhine-Westphalia and the German council of the Junge Union. In 1952 he became a member of the district party executive of the CDU Düsseldorf.

From April 29, 1966 to July 23, 1966, Hans Pracht was a member of the 5th state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia , to which he moved. From July 26, 1970 to May 29, 1985 he was a directly elected member of the 7th , 8th and 9th Landtag for constituency 046 Düsseldorf III and constituency 049 Düsseldorf VI .
